OSUN CP URGES YOUTH TO BE OF GOOD BEHAVIOR

The Commissioner of Police, CP Dorothy Gimba has urged youth to be of good behavior, report all cases of accident to the police for investigation and avoid any infraction of the law.

The police boss stated this while reacting to a fracas which broke out among some youths in Ilesa.  
About seven persons are currently helping detectives drawn from Osun State Police Command to unravel to circumstances that surrounds a recent chaos which at the ever busy Ram market, Ilesa.

TheNews Daily gathered from the police report that on October, 2013 at about 4:30pm there was a free for all along Araromi area, Ilesa, close to Ram Market resulting to a motorcycle accident involving one Godwin Ehoda and the driver of an unregistered Bajaj motorcycle alongside three others.

There was a faceoff between those involved in the accident and in the process one Adeolu Adetunji ‘m’ 35years of Ijofi street, Ilesa was machete on the chest while his left ear almost drop.

The police told our correspondent that “On receipt of the report  the Divisional Police Officer with team of police detectives attached to Ayeso, Ilesa immediately moved to the scene and restore normalcy in the area, victim and others who sustained various degree of  injuries were taken to the hospital for medical treatment. 

Meanwhile,those arrested include Semiu Waheed, Sule Akeem and Kayode Aluko.

The three suspects were said to have caused the fracas.
The have been charged to court on the offence bothering of breaching of peace and other traffic offenses.
